1. Spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis. We rarely run out of RV spaces but if you are concerned about availability feel free to check our live web cam on the website to confirm spaces are available before you arrive.
2. Some guests opt to begin renting a space ahead of their arrival to guarantee their spot on arrival. This is not required under most conditions but is an option during high occupancy.
3. Payments may be made via envelope in the drop box or by contacting the front office at 641.505.1095.
4. If rent is not paid on-time utilities are subject to be disconnected until payment is received.
5. If you have checked-In for a long-term stay with an unknown departure date, your rental period will auto-renew each week until you inform the office of your upcoming departure. This prevents long-term guests, from having to renew each week.
6. The wireless internet password is 6415051095. Same as our phone number.
7. The campground is open all year round.
8. Small Pets are allowed at the campground but if your pet becomes a nuisance to other guests you will be asked to remove you pet or vacate the space. You are responsible for picking up all pet waste.
9. Please feel free to utilize the laundry facilities at the Eddyville Inn. The code to the door labeled 'Laundry' is 1095.
10. Quite hours are from 10pm to 7am.
11. You can receive mail or packages by having it sent to the Eddyville Inn. The address is 601 Main St. Spot# Eddyville, IA 52553. You can retrieve your Packages from the folding table in the laundry room.
12. If you need to receive a fax please have it sent to your attention to 641.505.1095.
